Anyone who lives within the service boundaries of Rose State College is eligible to apply for a community member Courtesy Card. These cards are valid for one year and allows checkout of up to 5 books from the Library's circulating and McNaughton rental collections.
At the time of application, proof of residency is required in the form of a piece of current mail (preferably a utility bill or similar) and a valid photo ID.
