  • The Teaching Online Masterclass, is a video course available through our Films on Demand collection designed to help educators adapt quickly to online teaching. The video content is chunked so topics of interest may be watched as time allows and tailored to individual needs.

  • Our Ask a Librarian service connects you with a Rose State College librarian during Library hours. You may submit a question after hours. We will try to respond as soon as possible on the next work day.
  • Faculty and staff may check out AV equipment at the Circulation Desk. This includes equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, digital cameras, tripods, projection screens and headphones.
  • Designing for Accessibilty
  • Copyright and Fair Use
  • Online Databases with reference materials, magazines, journals, and newspaper articles are available on- and off-campus. The A-to-Z List is a comprehensive list of the journals to which the College has access. The most popular databases are in EBSCOhost and SIRS Knowledge. (EBSCOhost's Professional Development, ERIC and Academic Search Complete would be most useful for education-related searches.) Off-campus online database access requires a login through the SSO.
  • We have several Higher Ed Resources that are available, including higher education-related journals and education newsletters, higher education links. We have a license for faculty and staff members to access The Chronicle of Higher Education. Come by the Ask Here desk or contact the Library Director for the necessary login information.
  • The Library Catalog provides searching for LRC available materials (print, video, and audiotape resources).
  • Guides for the Modern Language Association (MLA) and American Psychological Association (APA) are currently available on our Citing Sources page.
  • Several individual titles and collections are available through our Video Streaming resources. Many of these may be directly linked within the learning management system once you determine which you will use.
