Rose State College uses a Single-Sign-On (SSO) portal, managed by IT Services, through which faculty, staff, and students may access commonly-used online platforms, such as the PeopleSoft/OASIS Enrollment System, Canvas, Office 365, and the Library Online Databases. Through the SSO portal, users may access these systems without having to login multiple times. Access to the Raider student email system is not available at this time through the SSO portal. Users can manage their own password and security settings through their portal account.
To access the SSO portal:
**Beginning November 30, 2023, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required to login to the SSO portal. Please visit https://rose.edu/mfa for more information.**
For additional information about the SSO portal, please visit https://rose.edu/login-faq. Since the Canvas login is handled by the SSO portal, eLearning cannot help with your Canvas login. You must contact IT services for help with your SSO portal and Canvas login. You may contact IT Services at 405-733-7356, Mon-Fri 8AM - 5PM.
For First Time (Brand New) Users who have never logged into a campus system before, you MUST select the First Time Users link below the Login button and follow the directions to login to the SSO portal for the first time.
If you have already successfully accessed the college network by logging onto a campus computer or OASIS, then don't use the First Time Users link. Just use the same username and password for your SSO login.
Please be sure to set up your initial challenge questions and enter a secondary email address and mobile phone number as soon as possible while you are logged into your SSO portal account. Those will be critical to verify your identity in the future should you have problems with your login.
If you’ve forgotten your SSO portal password, click the Forgot Password link beneath the Login button to begin the password retrieval process.
